ATIL KUTOGLU
Atil Kutoglu (born 1968 in Istanbul, Turkey) is a Turkish/Austrian fashion designer based in Vienna.
Atil Kutoglu started his career at a young age by doing intern-ships at Vakko and Beymen when he was a student at the German High School in Istanbul. After completing his studies in Business Administration at WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business, he studied fashion design.
He opened his first atelier and company in Vienna. Kutoglu attended fashion weeks in Vienna, Munich, Düsseldorf, Milan and New York with his collections bearing traces of Austrian, Turkish and Ottoman art. His collections has been sold at renowned store chains worldwide.
He opened his first flagship store in Vienna in 2000 and then in Istanbul. In 2013, he was awarded the Decoration of Honour in Gold of the Republic of Austria, „Ehrenzeichen der Republik Österreich für Wissenschaft und Kunst“.
